Hi everyone,

I'm going to build a few shelves out of reclaimed and planed floorboards. The shelves need to end up white, but we're not looking for the perfect finish.

What would you recommend to use, enabling us to make the boards white with one or two coats, before putting the shelved together?

The aim it to do it cheaply and quickly as well as having a toxin free result.

Thanks for any recommendations.

Heres a trick I use on all my shelves.

Sandtex Masonry Paint, Works brilliant on MDF to. And you can scrub it if it gets dirty.
