Zanussi timeline jetstream e10 error

hi there please can somebody help me!!

i have a zanussi timeline 1600 zwd1680w washer dryer and it has been fine up until a week or so ago when it started displaying e10 at random time at the start of any programme. i have researched this issue and my partner has checked all the "obvious" things that it could be eg inlet valves, kinked/blocked pipes, water pressure but still we have no joy. Could someone please tell me if its something major or fixable? many thanks

You also said you researched the error, what is that code meant to mean?
