Hi all,

I've got the above and have an issue with the 18" oven maintaining temperature. When selecting Bake on the bezel, the oven turns on and heats up to the desired temperature. Once the heat dissipates and the oven calls for heat again, the element does not come back on and it fails to heat. I called a service company and they said that the relay boards are the culprit and were going to replace them. Given the cost of service I replaced them myself but the problem still exists. Unit was built in 2007 and begins with s/n 1705XXXX so it's considered a legacy unit. I've pasted a link to the manual below. There are no error codes shown when I enter diagnostic mode. I've done the element testing shown on page 5-13 of the manual as well as the fan and motor checks on 5-14. What I don't see on 5-13 is a way to test the 18" oven bake element. The RTD also displays the temperature so that seems to be in working order.

I'm not sure where to go from this point. I lean towards the oven controller board or the ECH being faulty but want to see if there's someone with some knowledge on this before I load up the parts cannon especially given the price of the parts.

Thanks,
Matt
