Doubt if anyone on here would know. Is it old or is it retro?

Best bet is to contact one of the big specialist lighting retailers. There's one here in Manchester.
If they don't stock it they may know where you should try.

Thanks for the reply, yes is old and been here in the property for at least 15 years maybe more

A look on eBay and there's some similar sort of design so might just swap them both over
