What type of hinge is it called?

I need to replace hinges on upvc windows. I am unsure of what the hinges are called.

The window has hinges attached to the top and bottom of the window frame and opens out as in the picture attached.

Also are the screw holes universal, if not what are the low cost options?

We call them concealed hinges. They fold into the window/door frame then it's closed. Prime-Line Cat#: 23088
