Wall mounted lighting

Hi apologies in advance for the stupid question. We have recently moved into a new house and i need to fit several wall mounted lights to the exterior walls. There are wires and plastic tubing surrounding the wires on the outside of the house, running into round plastic boxes (which i believe are the waterproof boxes). However the lights only have a short amount of wire into a connector box. How can i connect the house wires to the connect box while maintaining the waterproofing?

You can go with wall mounted light options that are coming into lamps form. In this way, they would automatically waterproof. Otherwise, many waterproof wall mounting lighting options are also available in the market.
