UPVC Window Handle Broken

I am trying to fix my UPVC Window handle but I am not sure which parts and where to buy them.

Please see images of parts that are broken and of the units.

I can't remove the handle from the attached item. Also the metal object appears broken. I think that if I can replace this the whole handle may work again. But I don't know what it's called or where to get it. Help much appreciated.

Doesn't look like the usual handles used on PVC frames, but more like a casement lock.
You could try a local glazing company, or as it looks as though you are in the UK, Ironmongery Direct, who carry a wide range of window fittings.
Must admit, I've never seen one like it.
