Suggestions for DIY handle

I want to make something similar to this: https://agenaastro.com/agena-flexible-slow-motion-cable-with-rosette-handle-9-5.html It should connect to this part here: https://imgur.com/a/4i013YH https://imgur.com/a/kRDwRQA I can't order the thing I posted above because of shipping problems, so I'd want to try and make one myself, I tried searching for some screw connectors like the product I posted above, but couldn't really find anything, does anyone know the parts better and will be able to help me with the parts I'd need to make that? Thanks!
