Sub panel in garage from manufactured housing

Hi, I have a double wide trailer. When I put in a meter box, I used a Cutler-Hammer 200A that has two 100A breakers below the main, with the thought of running 100 into the house and 100 into the garage. The trailer has isolated neutral/ground. Now I am ready to add power to the garage, should the sub panel be the same, or should I run it with the neutral and ground bar connected (since it is coming out of the 100A breaker at the meter?) The garage is not attached, nor is there any plumbing, etc. The connection to the house has 4 leads, one to the ground, one to neutral (these are connected in the meter box) and the two power lines. Any help would be appreciated! If more information is needed, let me know...
