Shower tray at 90 degrees

This might sound a silly question but I need to ask it anyway , my shower tray is being replaced it measures 80cm wide by 90cm deep which apparently is a quite unusual size ,would it be possible to buy a tray 90cm wide and 80cm deep and turn it 90 degrees and fit it that way
