Before traveling 100 miles, I am hoping to gather some info about my in-laws shower faucet. Trying to determine manufacturer from the symbol on the plate - can anyone confirm? Photo is attached
The problem is this: on off/pressure seems to work ok. The temp control was hard to turn, MIL states she pushed on it some and heard a pop. Now, water is warm but lever is even harder to spin toward H or C. Any suggestions?
I have done this once before on a different style faucet, so the work isn't totally new to me. But, I want to be as prepared as possible - not sure if I can get the parts at a Home Depot, Lowes. etc...
Any help anyone can provide on possible problem, manufacturer/model would be extremely helpful.
