Contact the manufacturer with the make and model - they may be able to help. The door on a microwave oven needs to be operating correctly as it is a safety feature. This is why the microwave should not operate with the door open. DO NOT use this appliance until the door is operating correctly as microwaves can escape and be hazardous.
