Sears 1HP - 3GAL. ADAPTER 4 Airbrush Hose ?

Hi Guys/Gals (Newbie Here)

I own a Sears 1HP - 3Gal. Air Compressor.
I also just got into airbrushing. I have all the necessary tools to airbrush but not an airbrush
compressor. I have my Sears Compressor.

I need to connect my airbrush hose 1/4in. female opening I believe to my Quick Release
connector on my Sears Compressor.

I don't know what kind of adapter or fitting I need to connect air hose to Sears Compressor?
Please help.

P.S. I can take the Quick Release Fitting off if that's what it take to get the airbrush hose connected to my air compressor.
