I'm wondering whether anyone on the forum can help me solve my recent blind problem. I have a large, heavy roller blind in one of my rooms and recently whilst opening and closing it using the chain I was finding that the metal spheres on the chain weren't always engaging with the blind to move it up and down and were just being dragged through. It works more often on closing the blind but on raising the blind to save the cord from running through what I believe is called the control I've been feeding the blind up by hand whilst pulling the cord. The metal spheres appear to sit in place in the pockets which house them although I don't know whether the problem is that maybe they are worn and as such not catching or whether the problem is with the tube.
