I have been using RC1 thermostat for years now. Suddenly it started going off 5 seconds after I put new batteries in. Battery icon is flashing even when batteries are new but it always did and worked fine. It starts connecting to the boiler and switches off every time. It means I cannot set a temperature and have to put the heating on manually all the time. Does anyone know how to fix it? Or is it just broken? Thanks
