Put gloss and silk on wall

I was wondering if anybody could help but have out gloss and silk on same wall what can I do its dried and looks all crispy should I sand it back to the original colour or just leave it.

Never put gloss on plaster or any masonry, only on wood. Walls should only be coated with emulsion paint such as vinyl silk.
