Protecting Against Limescale and Corrosion.

Im about to buy Fernox Alphi 11 from these guys (link removed) has anyone used this before and had good experiences against limescale?

Umm, for more information (i know i had not added that much) but there is limescale on my shower head, i would like to know if anyone could tell me a way to get it off, would be a real help.
