Hi and welcome.
I don't know of course, but it sounds like you aren't familiar with plumbing.
It looks like, 1.5 inch "push fit" polypipe.
Can't see everything, but it looks like you should be able to push the pipe from inside, through the wall, whilst hanging on to the right-angled bend. It's easier if you twist it in opposite directions, as you do it.
Do the same with the bit outside To remove that bit from that bend.
Go to a plumber's merchants and buy yourself a length of pipe, you'll probably have to buy a 3mtr length, but it's as cheap as chips. Take a bit of the pipe with you to make sure you get the same diameter.
Cut the pipe to a length, which is about 6" longer than the distance between the two bends. I'd use a hacksaw.
Smooth off one end of the pipe. Push the pipe through the wall from the outside. Then wipe some washing up liquid over the end. Check the seal in the bend nearest the machine isn't damaged and is in place and clean. You could wipe that with a bit of washing up liquid too. Then insert the pipe into the bend as far as it will go.
You'll now see where you need to cut the pipe outside, long enough to go into the other bend, the same distance as the one inside. Give both the same treatment. Then push the pipe home.
Sometimes the seals on bends are knackered, but the bends are as cheap to replace too.
