Outdoor plastic sealer

Hi all, I have an outdoor slide which is secured at the bottom by metal stakes. I want to seal around them to avoid any chance of little fingers getting caught on them. Is there a good plastic hardening product I could use to do this?

If not I can obviously put them on the inside, but would prefer to avoid having to do this if I can as the shape of the slide on the inside makes it fairly awkward.

Would installing the missing bolts hold them tight enough to the slide that they wouldn't be a pinch hazard?

Fiberglass is something that would work and is pretty easy to use.

You could make some stakes out of metal conduit, drill a couple of holes in it and bolt it to the inside.
