New DG units have more condensation than the old ones?

We have an aged conservatory in which we have had to have three failed double-glazed units replaced. We keep the door open from the living room to the conservatory because our cat has his trays in there. We have noticed that the three new units get more condensation than the old ones which seems counter-intuitive. I wonder if anyone can explain this? Thanks in advance.
