Need parts for 1950's chime door bell

Hi, I have an old door bel in our house from the 1950s and only one of the brass pipes chimes. Our electrician said to replace the door bell on the front door and change the 1950s batteries..... Does anyone know where I can buy these old style batteries and a new buzzer?
