Maytag Neptune dryer upper cabinet not heating

I have Maytag Neptune dryer. The Lower cabinet for main drying works fine. The upper cabinet which is where you hang clothes and it’s super slow dry has no heat to it…

mom guessing it’s some sort of fuse or thermostat maybe but wanted bit more direction if others had same issue…

Did you check the fuse yet?

Is it under warrantee? If it is, don't do anything to it.
