Looking for replacement lever for our patio door?

Hi

The lever on our patio door has snapped and we are struggling to find a replacement as the door handle/lock is around 10 years old.

I've attached a couple of images of the level, the main problem is the part that goes into the mechanism (the parts that's snapped) as this is longer than the ones you buy now.

Its about 3 1/2 cm, the length is nearly 9cm.

Has anyone any idea where I might find a replacement for this?

Is it possible for you to replace the complete pair of handles with back plate? Is this working off a multipoint locking system whereby you lift the handle up to lock it? If so there are a range of products out there from budget to very good quality which may be of interest. Courtyard Accessories are one company who specialise in multipoint door handles.
