LG washer e6 error

Hi all,

I have a persistent problem with my LG wt7400cw washer. It sometimes displays the e6 error, indicating an issue with the clutch. Any online advice (and the LG help chat) says to remove any obstructions from the tub. There are no obstructions and the tub spins fine. We've had a tech in and he was useless. Might just need to find a better tech. I suspect a sensor or other electronic issue. Has anyone ever seen an issue like this?
