Hi, silly question but in the picture I have attached there are possibly two isolation valves. The bottom one to the back is a isolation valve but the one at the front I am not sure if it is or not. My guessing that it is one but it has lost its handle that connects over the bolt head. The one at the back has been mullered by the previous owner and is a pain to turn on and off as the screw hole has been rounded with use so was thinking about leaving that one on and using the other one to control the fill of the boiler.
