Installing two garage consumer units

I want to tidy up the wiring in my garage. At the moment there are power points around the garage with the garage being on its own ring from a split load consumer unit. They will be left as they are. There is an unprotected circuit that has 2 freezers and fridge running off of it. One freezer in the garage the the other freezer in the kitchen. The kitchen is on its own ring protected and in the garage there are two spurs off to the washing machine and the tumble dryer located in the kitchen. My idea is to have the washing machine and tumble dryer instead of being connected through spur boxes off of the kitchen ring to go through a garage consumer unit. This could have an RCCD in it but it is from the protected kitchen ring anyway.
The fridge and 2 freezers I want unprotected but can I get a garage consumer unit without an RCCD? I had an incident a few years back when a pond pump tripped the RCCD when I was on holiday and I came back to a defrosted freezer. After that I connected the fridge and 2 freezers on their own circuit from the unprotected side of the main consumer unit. (same side as the lighting circuits). So can I get a garage consumer unit that does not have an inbuilt RCCD or are they all with RCCDs now.
