Inserting a radiator in a floor system

My floor system was not putting out enough heat in a room where the west wall gets heavy drafts in my log home. I bought two radiators, mounted them on the west wall. I cut the floor supply line and put it up the floor to one of the radiators inlet side. I ran the return from the radiator down to the supply line that I cut. I did the same thing to the other radiator. I have heat in the floor but no heat in either radiator! The radiator has a control that has 1 to 7 and "N". I have them both set on "N". What is wrong???

Since N doesn’t work, try a different setting. You are probably bypassing the radiator completely if there is no heat.
