indesit DI 620 dishwasher part name

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know please what is the name of the part marked on the attached image?

It is located between lower spray arm support and the heating element on the Indesit DI 620 dishwasher.

Is this the part that stops the inflow of the water and switches water heating on?
