Hayward CZ 300 Pilot Assembly replacement

Looking to replace my CZ 300 heater pilot assembly. Replacement parts are now obsolete. Does anyone know how to get around this perhaps by building a replacement with non Hayward parts or another manufacturer pilot assembly?
