I had an GX9 Xpelair extractor fan installed recently. When I switch it on the horizontal slats open after some time, however, when I switch it off, they don't close completely. The only way to get them to close completely is to take the hood off and give the fan a good bang. But even then there is still a bit of a draft coming from it. Any ideas?
