Framing for garage door frame box

My son hit the garage door frame box and bent the metal box and broke off the rubbery plastic frame and rubber seal.

Please see the picture.

My question - where do I look for this replacement frame board and the seal and do you know what should I look for (parts names)

Over here companies that sell UPVC profiles or make things from them often pile offcuts up outside for people to help themselves (cuts down their waste disposal costs). Maybe worth looking into if just replacing a short section would work. Just thinking that if you tidied up the broken end, cut a short length to let in but have the flexible flap part a couple of inches longer and overlap the existing it might work, as this is a garage and so even if you get a small draught it wouldn't be the end of the world?
