Fill gap between kitchen cabinet feet and flooring

I had my kitchen floor fitted around the existing kitchen and the person who did the floor cut gaps around the feet of the cabinets. The gaps have approx 1cm and this space allows movement of the floor panels. I have glued the floor panels together but would like to add extra support by filling in the hole next to the feet. I was wondering about some sort of filler but it would need to strong and not flexible,.or possibly raise the feet and wrap something additional around them, any ideas?
