Hi everyone
i need advice about a drain system for a sink.
I'm extending a wooden house, to add more space. It's all diy, with stuff i collect from people.
i have the drain pipe of 50mm Dia, going from the sink out to the back of the house..
i haven't enough material to continue to connect the pipe to the main drain, located outside the yard, about 8m from there.
i have an idea, to dig a hole in the ground, lead the drain pipe halfway down the hole, of about 600mm deep. Then fill it with gravel then cap it with a cover and let grass grow over it again.
my problem. What is the best size for the hole, with the maximum daily drain water. Is about 30L a day?
