Conservatory roof small gap between two panels

Hi Folks, Have a gap between two polycarbonate, lean-to conservatory roof panels. This leaks when it rains very heavily. Been recommended CT1 silicone, but can't get to the spot to use the gun. Looking for a clear liquid silicone sealant I can
" pour " into the gap.
Can anyone recommend a suitable product?

Only thing I can suggest is 'seek n seal' it's mainly for cars , depends on the size of the gap I suppose.
