Ceiling rose issue

Hi all, my partner has disconnected all the wires in our lounge ceiling rose. It's a 2 way switch set up, using black and red cables.
Sticking out are; I'm sure u guys can imagine this, 1 red wire and 3 black wires. Anyone have any thoughts on how they're connected. ?? I have a neon screwdriver (a tester screwdriver) but none of the wires are showing an excessive bright red light.
