Can I buy a similar surface mount box in Europe? What is it called?

Hello,

I want to connect few more lamp sockets in parallel to an existing one. I need 3 surface mount junction boxes that have one input wire hole, one output wire hole and an open bottom for the bulb holder to be connected . I found this one to be just fitting my purpose:

However I couldn't find similar item in any online stores in the Netherlands . Can someone pl. tell if I can find this in the Netherlands or nearby countries and what it is called? Thanks in advance!
