Boiler control panel stuck

Hi guys, I will be very grateful for any help on this.

Whenever I switch on my Vaillant boiler the control panel is completely stuck - see picture below. While the boiler still fires up none of the buttons on the control panel work, there is nothing on the display and I can't control how long the boiler is on for.

Is there any way to fix this?

yes, call a technician to "look it over". shouldn't cost much just to have them come out and look for error codes. if there are none you might just have a damaged control panel to replace - but it's too soon to know without knowing the condition of all of the system and if any other panel (ie inside furnace) has any errors

the unit may display warning errors using the LED - i see the LED are lit.
