Our stainless steel kitchen sink is lined in quartz panels and one panel has become loose and is out of warranty.

My question is whats the best glue or adhesive to join two bits of quartz in a basic butt joint?

Not sure if i can use regular silicone (or the type as there is so many high modulus, low modulus ...)

Any links to products would be greatly appreciated

Most silica based materials like glass, glazed tiles and probably quartz (silica) stick really well with a construction silicone (don't use a bog-standard silicone) and some of the more modern adhesives like Geocel "The Works" are very good.
Whatever was used very very effective or wasn't used correctly.
