Baxi Boiler Flashing Red Light?

I've been having some problems with my boiler and went to look in the garage to try and restart the boiler and central heating system. If I do this I get a flashing red light on the front of the boiler. It's a Baxi, but I can't see where I can find a model number as the sticker on the bottom is faded.

What can I do? Do I need to give you the model number or is it callout time?

I ended up calling out British Gas a few days ago and he got it working with a little overhaul. Now on a contract so it will no doubt behave!
