Looking for a AC Adaptor Class 2 Transformer 120V in Out 12 Volt -MaX 30VA Enclosure Type 3R Suggstions on where to look?

I would look online for that adapter as there are many sites that offer after market adapters. Most appliances and fixtures will have a replacement. What type of fixture is this for?

Farnell/CPC for the power supply, then buy a seperate 3R enclosure and put it in.
