Airlock in cold water pipes after rebooting low pressure in combi boiler

had zero pressure reading on combi boiler so rebooted back up to 1.5 only to find that an airlock has appeared in COLD water pipes and one of my down stairs cold taps no longer has running water I have running water everywhere else but the water pressure throughout the house seems to be around half that of what it was . how do I clear airlock
