Advise/hardware – car bike rack mount table

Hi Guys,
I am not sure which category this one falls under So I post it on general DIY.
I want to build a little table to attach to my bike rack. Refer the picture; a little diagram how/what I want. I don’t know what sort of clamping hardware to use and where to buy (I am from Melbourne Australia).

This is to use when I go camping so I can use the platform for mainly cooking. It has to come off when ever I drive.

I checked at the local hardware store (Bunnings) but they said they don’t have anything that could help me do this project (the clamp or the mounting hardware). Can anyone advise me on what sort of hardware I need to do this ?

you should probably check racking providers like Sortimo - https://www.mysortimo.co.uk/en_UK/products/roof-rack-topsystem They offer roof racks but might have addtional hardware, which would be applicable in your case.
