Advice on Subsidence

Hi,

Any help with the one would be good.

I’ve seen a house that I want to put an offer in for however there are 2 large cracks on the render at each side of the house, both neighbours have the same size and shape cracks as do some other houses in the estate. Does this look like subsidence cracks?
