Stupid question but any help is appreciated.

I have a mounted four light spotlight on the ceiling (picture attached). Each spotlight is surrounded by a black cover. I am unable to figure about how to remove the bulb as the spotlight bulbs do not push in to remove and the black cover does not seem to twist off. If anyone has one of these I would be grateful for any help!

Thanks in advance!

What's the diameter of the bulbs? If they have GU10 bases it's possible that they could just twist out without needing to push in at the same time. Do you know if there's a transformer in the base? They might just have a bi-pin base,e.g. G5.3, and just pull out.

Or, as they are LEDs, it's possible that they are not replaceable. Can you track down the make?
